Shipping & Delivery
Our goal is to ship your order correctly within 24 hours of your order date.  During times of high order volumes, your order may take 48 hours or longer to process and ship.  If time is of the essence, please call us or send a separate email stating your delivery needs.  Please note that we do not ship on Saturday or Sunday.  Orders requiring custom work or modification of a part may take longer.  Please ask your salesperson by phone for an estimate.  UPS ground shipments from California generally take four to five days for delivery to the east coast.  If you choose US Postal Service Priority Mail, shipments usually arrive three days after order date.  If you have phoned in your order rather than ordering on our website, please feel free to call us at 714-630-8371 to receive tracking numbers.

Keeping your personal information secure is our top priority.  Federal law requires us to tell you how we collect, use, share, and protect your personal information. Federal law also limits how we can use your personal information. Protecting the privacy and security of consumers’ personal information is very important to us. We will never sell or transmit your personal information to another company under any  circumstances.
When you contact us to help you with a product, any personal information you provide is voluntary, but we collect and use only the minimum information necessary to respond to your concerns and conduct troubleshooting. In most cases, we collect limited personal information, such as name, address, telephone number, or email address. In limited cases, depending on the nature of your request, we also may collect other personal information such as the year of your car, or project notes that may be helpful to us.  Once your order is complete, you may request that your credit card information be deleted from our files.  If you have ordered from our secure website, you can delete your credit information youself by logging into your account.  If you have phoned in your order, please contact us by telephone at 714-630-8371, or by email at info@toplineparts.com if you wish to have your credit card information deleted from our files.

You may order from us  by telephone, email, or from our secure website.  We welcome you to call us at 714-630-8371 if you would like more detailed product information.  You can also fax us at 714-630-6477.  If you are an international customer, please email us to receive a quote on shipping charges.
Payment & Pricing
If you are ordering from our secure website, you can pay by Visa, Mastercard, or Discover card which is entered at checkout..  We also accept Pay-Pal payments.  You may  phone in your order at 714-630-8371 and talk to a technician.  If you wish to mail in a check or money order prior to shipment, please phone in your order.  We can also quote a total for Pay-Pal payment once we have received your e-mail address.

Please go the the Top Line Parts home page, and at the upper right of the page click on “My Account”. Log in to your account.  Click on “My Orders” to view your order information.
Updating Account Information
Please go the the Top Line Parts home page, and at the upper right of the page click on “My Account”. Log in to your account.  Click on “Address Book” to edit your name, address, and phone number.
