Our new MaXX-Xtreme strut offers on the car fine adjustments of your suspension at the track, or at a show.
Recommended for race cars, show cars, or occasional street driving, the Xtreme strut might be just right for you.
Due to the chance of dirt, water, and debris damage, we don't recommend this unit for everyone, or for extended
street driving. But if adjustability and maximum handling are your goal, this product is right for you.
The spring rate supplied is a bit stiff for street driving (80 lb/inch), but can work well for combination
street and autocross use. For extended street driving, we still recommend
our regular MaXX kit, as it has a
slightly softer spring rate, and more durable adjustment system.
Starting with our base MaXX strut tube, we have added an adjustable collar, a race grade spring set, and
a spanner wrench tool to help you adjust the spring seat. Our struts are made from all new parts, and
manufactured in the USA! Since this is a high performance unit, you should consult your sales person for
appropriate shock insert choice and other chassis accessories.
And...Customers who already own our Versa or MaXX struts can UPGRADE to the Extreme system!
