Your satisfaction is our greatest concern, but we realize that from time to time there may be a mis-communication, or issue with the production quality of an item.  Our general warranty on items where a time period is not specifically stated is 90 days from time of purchace.  You must have a copy of your original invoice, or order confirmation number in order to make a return.  Shipping fees are not refundable.  A restocking fee of 20% will be assesed on goods that are not defective.  Refunds on non-defective goods is not offered after 30 days from date of sale.  No refunds on electrical item.  Parts which alter emissions, or parts that are offered as a modification from stock specifications are sold “For offroad use only.”  We may offer a full refund or replacement item at no charge at the discretion of Top Line Parts, if we feel that the item was shipped in error.  Please contact us by phone or email prior to return of your item.  Thanks.
