MaXX+ Sport Springs for Top Line MaXX Strut, pair. #87-0305

We've made these upgraded MaXX+ Sport Springs in response to those who have asked for a slightly higher rate spring. While our normal MaXX spring is rated at 71 lbs/inch, these new springs are rated at 80 lbs/inch. Each spring is wound from Japanese chrome silicon wire, set out, and shot peened for accurate spring rate and lasting performance. We have found that this spring rate is a good compromise for both occasional street driving, and weekend slalom or track use. Powder coated an attractive burnt yellow color. As an additional note, this spring may be a good choice for 74 and later Supers that use the stock (and quite heavy) crash bumpers with bumper shocks. Drivers who routinely carry passengers, a full tank of gas, and trunk cargo may find this spring feels just right. Sold in pairs.
