Stress Bar for all Super Beetle models #87-0302

Front stress bars help the Super Beetle to feel and sound more solid when driving over rough or uneven pavement. Locking the strut tops together eliminates the camber changes sometimes associated with body flex. Some customers also report that this bar was the final touch in making their steering more stable. Bar is made from high quality polished 6061 T6 aluminum. End pieces are laser cut and powder coated steel with an attractive silver finish. Basic mounting hardware with hex head bolts is  included. You can also choose the bar with our deluxe hardware kit if you like. Part number 87-0302D for this option.  Fits 71 to 79 Super Beetle models.
